Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Wipe & Clean co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Wipe & Clean Co provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. All services are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.
2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are estimates, not guaranteed prices.

Final pricing may change based on actual home condition, size, level of dirt, additional requests, or time required.

Additional services not included in the original booking may result in extra charges.
3. Access & Utilities
Customers must provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including:

Entry access

Working electricity
-
Running water
If access or utilities are unavailable, the appointment may be rescheduled and cancellation fees may apply.
4. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

Unsafe or unhealthy working conditions
-
Hostile, abusive, or discriminatory behavior toward staff
-
Misrepresentation of the job scope
Discriminatory or threatening behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
5. Staff Health & Safety
Our staff’s health and safety are a priority. Our team is not permitted to:

Climb higher than a three-step ladder

Move heavy furniture alone
-
Clean biohazard materials (including bodily fluids, mold, or hazardous waste)

Handle severe insect or rodent infestations
Such conditions may require service refusal or re-quoting.
6. Home Condition
We aim to bring homes to a clean and livable condition. However, extreme conditions (excessive buildup, hoarding situations, severe neglect) may:

Limit cleaning results

Require additional fees
-
Require service refusal
7. Pets
While we take reasonable care around pets, pet safety is the customer’s responsibility. Pets should be secured during service. We are not responsible for pets that interfere with or are exposed to cleaning activities.
8. Damage & Liability

We carry insurance for damages caused directly by our staff’s negligence.

We are not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear
-
Pre-existing damage
-
Improperly installed or fragile items
-
Items valued over $200 unless disclosed before service

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
9. Photos & Videos
We may take before-and-after photos for quality control and training purposes.
Photos used for marketing will not include identifying personal information unless explicit consent is provided. Customers may opt out upon request.
10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $55 fee.
Fees may be waived at our discretion due to emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
11. Staff Solicitation
Soliciting or hiring our staff for private or competing services without written consent is prohibited. Violation may result in a reasonable referral and training fee.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Wipe & Clean Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
14. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
